Thursday\, March 22\, 5:30pm to 8:00pm\nFairfax Branch Library\, Community Room\, 161 S. Gardner Street\, L.A.\, 90036\n\n\n3. Tuesday\, March 27\, 6pm to 8:30pm\nDowntown City Hall East\, 3rd Floor\, Controller’s Conference Room\, Room 351 \n\nPlease RSVP at our website HERE\n\nThe in-person training sessions are open to all Board members as well as stakeholders. These are the required trainings for board members serving as Financial Officers (Treasurer\, 2nd Signer\, Bank Cardholder). Other Board members may also complete the training online at our website.\n\n\nThe schedule for the in-person training is:\n\n\nFunding Program Training – the first 1.5 hours – Required of all Board Members to be eligible to vote on funding-related matters.\nSystem Portal Training – the last hour – Additional training required of Treasurers and Bank Cardholders to access the new Funding System.\n\n\n\n\n\nFree parking can be arranged at Downtown City Hall when you RSVP for the Downtown trainings.\n\n\nIn our website\, you will see additional training dates scheduled for the following months\, with more to come soon.\n\nTranslation can be provided with 72 hours advance notice.
