The City of Los Angeles, in partnership with the federal government and the State of California, has created a new emergency rental assistance program to assist low-income renters who have been unable to pay their rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Apply by April 30.

Councilmember Paul Krekorian shares that an idyllic garden is now on view at the busy corner of Fulton and Oxnard in Valley Glen. The caretaker is actually artist Kobe Jackson, whose lovely images suggest a perfect spring day. Kobe is one of the prolific contributors to the public art program in CD2.
