There will be a neighborhood meeting February 16, 5pm at 6515 Colbath Ave. Residents are not in support of the expansion of 14011 W. Archwood Street , which is a BUSINESS (Archwood House CLHF, Inc.) from 6 beds to 12. We believe

Residents remark: It was brought to our attention of this expansion when the Archwood House representative attended the December VG Council meeting, and asked for Board approval of the expansion. I don’t believe the representative was factual with their information, and we are asking that you NOT support this expansion, and support the Valley Glen Home Owners of Archwood, Colbath, and Costello. It is my understanding that before approving the expansion, a Board member did ask if the immediate neighbors were aware of the expansion, and if they were in support. The Archwood House representative implied that we were, and that there were no complaints. This is not correct, the immediate neighbors of 14011 Archwood, nor the surrounding homeowners were ever aware of this business opening operations, and certainly NOT the expansion from 6 beds to 12. Instead the Archwood representative went behind our backs and mislead the Board of our support. We are now fighting this.

We kindly ask that you attend our Neighborhood Meeting this Saturday at 2pm, 6515 Colbath Ave, and write a letter of opposition against 14011 W. Archwood.
