Renter’s Rights & Unemployment Town Hall

State Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian has partnered with Neighborhood Council Valley Village to host “Bridging The Gap”, a town hall forum on renter’s rights and unemployment assistance. Join us as we hear about resources and support that can help you with issues such as:
- Avoiding eviction or other consequences if you’re unable to pay rent
- Help navigating the EDD/Unemployment process to initiate your claim for benefits
- How to seek an extension if your initial benefits have expired
Our panel of experts includes Larry Gross, Executive Director of Coalition for Economic Survival, Emma Taylor, District Director for Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian, and Stephanie Mkhlian, Field Representative Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian
