Who can vote?

Stakeholders 18 or older can vote for candidates in their area. For example if you are a resident of Area 2 you can vote for the candidates in Area 2 and the at large candidates. Youth age 16-19 may vote for the youth seat. You do not have to be a citizen to vote and you do not need to register online ahead of time to vote.

Stakeholders shall be defined as those who live, work or own real property in the neighborhood and also to those who declare a stake in the neighborhood as a community interest stakeholders, defined as a person who affirms a substantial and ongoing participation within the Neighborhood Council’s boundaries and who may be in a community organization such as, but not limited to, educational, non-profit and/or religious organizations.
